High-Speed Network with JetCard 2154G 4-port Gigabit Switch Card

To transmit high bandwidth data, users can choose the JetCard 2154G with four gigabit RJ45 ports to function as an Industrial Ethernet Switch without the need of using additional Ethernet device. JetCard 2154G is capable of equipping IPC devices with QoS for ensuring high-quality performance in critical applications and flow control for zero packet loss under temporary traffic congestion.
To make the deployment of the card more flexible and easily manageable for software engineers, the device is deigned to support dual operating systems - Windows XP and Linux.

Extended Access Device Connectivity with JetCard 1608 8-port Serial card

For applications, where connectivity to access and security devices, such as card readers, cameras, speakers etc. is needed, the JetCard 1608 high performance serial port card can be installed, providing long distance data transmission via 4 RS232 and 4 RS232/422/485 ports. With up to 921.6 Kbps, and bi-directional 128-byte FIFO the serial cards provide high performance and high-speed data transmission.
With on-chip flow control function users can react directly without waiting for the PC to respond, as a result reducing respond time and the loading of the CPU and enhancing system performance. Besides, it also comes with on-chip automatic flow direction switching technology to effectively increase RS-485 transmission performance.

With Korenix’s embedded Cards, IPC providers can design an extensible system with up to four PCI-104 cards and benefit from more serial, gigabit Ethernet interfaces for higher bandwidth and higher performance network construction under harsh industrial environments.

Korenix Launches JetBox 5432-w, the embedded Programmable Linux Ready VPN platform designed with serial interfaces and -40~80℃ wide operating temperature range to deliver maximum flexibility to IPC providers in industrial environments. In addition to its rich interface with LAN, WAN and USB ports, the Layer3 computer is equipped with 4 additional RS232/422/485 serial ports which will allow users to connect and through Ethernet remotely manage access and security devices, including card readers, cameras, speakers etc.

The computer provides dynamic Layer3 routing protocols such as OSPF, RIP, DVMRP and IPv6 to efficiently manage extended network groups in industrial environments. IPC providers can benefit from the VPN functionality of the system to expand networking capabilities and reduce system costs by establishing long-distance and secured network connections over WAN. In addition to the VPN functionality, the JetBox 5432-w series also incorporates DMVPN protocol, which allows effectively building and managing dynamic secure overlay networks.
