OEM and Customization Services
Stackable and Scalable: The JetBox 9500 series has an enclosure that is designed to be stackable with add-on cards that are PCI-104 form factor. This means that you can add on up to 4 additional PCI-104 cards and we can expand the enclosure to suit.
Faceplate: Enclosure faceplates can be modified and machined to suit any add on cards while maintaining a professional finish.
Colors and Enclosure Cosmetic changes: For OEM customers we can change the cosmetic finish of the JetBox enclosure including changing the color, labeling and branding.
Custom packaging: we can provide custom packaging, labeling and serial numbers.

Ruggedization
Extended temperature operation : The Jetbox series are designed for the harshest environments, base models typically from -20degC to 70degC and extended temperature versions (with the –w notation) -40degC to 80degC, please refer to products page for specific temperature ratings.
Fanless operation : The JetBox series is fanless and has no moving parts. We use low power network processors that have minimal heat dissipation and a patented enclosure design that allows for fanless operating in a wide operating temperature range.
Cable-free enclosure : all of the JetBox range are cable free, with most features either designed onboard, or for scalable features with an add-on card
Solid state storage : We have Jetbox models that can accommodate Compact Flash (CF), Secure Digital Cards (SD), and Solid State Disks (SSD).

Hardware Validation, Prototyping and Proof of Concept
For a complete hardware solution Korenix can provide prototyping and proof of concepts for Linux based applications and hardware validation for third party PCI-104 add on cards.

Burn-In Testing and Quality Assurance
Korenix can offer Burn-in testing in our environmental chamber as per customer requirements. All of our JetBox range come with a 5-year warranty and are manufactured in Taiwan. Korenix is accredited with ISO 9001:2000 and based on the PDCA process in RD Lab, I-Test Lab, Environment Test Lab, and manufacturing.
Software and Operating Systems Integration
Korenix offers software and operating systems integration for the Linux operating system and applications built to run on Linux.

Warranty and RMA
5 years warranty—Each of Korenix’s product line is designed, produced, and tested with high industrial standard. Korenix warrants that the Product(s) shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of five (5) years from the date of delivery provided that the Product was properly installed and used. This warranty is voided if defects, malfunctions or failures of the warranted Product are caused by damage resulting from force majeure (such as floods, fire, etc.), environmental and atmospheric disturbances, other external forces such as power line disturbances, host computer malfunction, plugging the board in under power, or incorrect cabling; or the warranted Product is misused, abused, or operated, altered and repaired in an unauthorized or improper way.
